The Bhakti-rasayana meditation is traditionally done by combining two very
powerful processes of bhakti, namely chanting the holy names and meditating
on or remembering Krishna. While chanting japa, one can read a verse,
starting at the beginning. Then, while continuing to chant, one deeply
meditates upon the verse. After some time, the next verse can be read.
